Save for a few radio-courting choruses, Rachael Yamagata turned in an impressive PJ Harvey-tinged taste of her forthcoming follow-up to 2008’s Elephants…Teeth Sinking Into Heart this week: “Starlight,” a lightly menacing cut off the John Alagia-produced LP, Chesapeake, due out on (Ashes & Fire release date) October 11.
